Trust is at the heart of effective philanthropy. In this Lunch & Learn, Dr. Argrow “Kit” Evans-Ford will explore how fundraisers and nonprofit leaders can build philanthropic relationships rooted in authenticity, dignity, lived experience, and community connection.
Drawing from her work as the founder of Argrow's House of Healing and Hope, Dr. Kit will help participants examine how trust is built, damaged, and repaired in relationships with donors, program participants, partners, and communities. The session will challenge fundraisers to think beyond transactions and consider how values-centered relationship building can strengthen donor engagement, community credibility, and long-term philanthropic impact.
As always, bring your own lunch and join us for an afternoon of learning and networking.
