AFP Quad Cities is proud to offer the Chamberlain Scholarship Program, giving one outstanding fundraising professional the chance to attend AFP ICON 2026, the premier international conference for fundraising professionals. AFP ICON will take place April 26–28, 2026, in San Diego, California.
This scholarship is designed to help individuals serving nonprofit organizations enhance their knowledge and skills in fundraising. Through the Chamberlain Scholarship, the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy provides each AFP chapter one scholarship annually. The award covers the recipient’s conference registration fee for AFP ICON.
Please note:
The scholarship does not cover travel or lodging expenses.
Applicants must be individuals who have never previously attended AFP ICON.
Selection Criteria:
Candidate is employed as a fundraising professional or, if an executive director, devotes substantial time to fundraising.
Candidate has never attended an AFP (or NSFRE) International Conference on Fundraising as a registered participant.
Candidate agrees to complete an online evaluation form about their experience at AFP ICON.
Applications are due by December 31, 2025.
