In January the AFP Board of Directors had a retreat to review the strategic plan and set some goals for 2008. The strategic plan addresses five critical issues.
Two of the critical issues that the board and various committees have been addressing are increasing the benefit awareness to AFP members and increasing the awareness and value of philanthropy in the Quad-Cities.
The new 2008-2009 Program Schedule will be in circulation soon. Thanks to the committee members that have worked hard on putting out a sixteen-month schedule with additional “member only” events.
